Several officers are leaving this year, and all positions are open. If you would like to get involved in the leadership team of the club, this is your chance. See the Upcoming Events section below for details on each position.
Club Only Competition:
Round 1 entries are due at the beginning of the meeting, either bring them to the meeting or drop them off at Brew Your Own Brew. Entries that have not been registered on the competition website will NOT be accepted. See below for more details.
Club Membership
It is a new year, which means it is time to renew your membership. Use the button above to sign up for 2020. We have graduated to a new form embedded directly in the website. You will be redirected to Paypal by default, but if you wish to pay by cash or check, please talk to one of the officers.
Club Only Competition
The first round of competition for 2020 will be in March. They are all lower ABV styles so you should be able to turn around a couple entries pretty quickly. As a reminder, these competitions are open only to paid club members. You must be a paid member before the beginning of the meeting when the entries are due. Board Elections
Here’s a little more information on each board position for anyone unsure what is involved with being a club officer. If you have more questions, email the current officers or post on the Facebook page.
Ringleader (AKA President): Duties include upholding the THC by-laws, coordinating board meetings, keep the club on track
Events Coordinator: Assist Ringleader in his/her duties, coordinate monthly meetings, coordinate club events
Secretary/Treasurer: Manage club finances, file paperwork as required by the state to maintain non-profit status.
Minister of Education: Present or coordinate the education topic for the monthly general meetings
Webmaster: Maintain the club website and Facebook page, send out email notices to members
AHA Big Brew Day
Saturday May 2 @ ~10am: We’re working with a local brewery to organize an event for Big Brew this year. It’s always a good time to get out and brew with fellow club members, so save the date for this one!
