2017 Shirt Buy

We’ll be doing Dickies Work Shirt and canvas shirt order. It’ll be the same design as last time, but you’ll be able to pick your color shirt. We are essentially doing these at cost. We’ll need at least 24 for the minimum order to get our special pricing.

We have a hard deadline of February 14th. We are attempting to make delivery of these by the March meeting.

Size Guide

Pricing is based on shirt size and on the custom embroidery. If you select the custom embroidery option, please use the text field for the name or text you want.

There is no limit to the length of the text. However, the longer it is, the smaller the text will be.

Officer Nominations

If you want to be on the board, or know someone that would be a great fit, please send your nomination to tucsonhomebrewclub@gmail.com

The Board of Directors will be comprised of 5 Board Members, duties split up as: Ringleader, Events Coordinator, Secretary/Treasurer, Minister of Education, Webmaster, and any Board Members At-Large assigned by the board. (see ARTICLE THREE, Section 6.)

See the bylaws for the duties of each position. In reality, it’s a great excuse to hang out with some brewers drinking a few beers.

Nominations continue through Feb, and Voting at the March meeting.

Membership Sign up

In the past, we’ve had Officer’s Night Out  to celebrate. This year we’re opening this exclusive event up to the entire club. The Tucson Homebrew Club will be doing a pub crawl.

What: Tucson Homebrew Club Pub Crawl
When: Saturday – Feb 11th – 6pm – 10pm

Location Estimated Arrival Time
Tap and bottle 6 pm
Crooked Tooth 7pm
Hermanos / Public Brew House 8pm
Pubelo Vida 9pm

We’ll be doing a raffle at each location for a free beer on tap for members only! So please pay your dues for 2017!

  • Buy raffle tickets at any point of the night for $1 each.
    Hold on to both parts of the ticket.
  • You can choose which establishment(s) to attempt to win. You have until you the arrival at that location to put ticket in to the drawing.

  • Drawing will be when we arrive at the next location.

For example. 

You buy 5 tickets. You hold onto both sides of the ticket. You separate the two halves of 2 tickets, and place them into the drawing at Crooked Tooth, as you’re leaving Tap and bottle. When we arrive at Crooked tooth, we’ll have a last call for tickets entries, and draw one lucky winner. 

You still have 3 tickets to put into the drawing at Hermanos /Public, or Pueblo Vida. But you can’t put your tickets into the Pueblo Vida drawing until we’re leaving Hermanos / Public.

Online registration on this site will take place between the following dates:

  • Open: Tuesday, January 10, 2017 at 19:00, MST.
  • Close: Friday, March 3, 2017 at 23:55, MST.

If you have already registered, please log in to add, view, edit, or delete your entries as well as indicate that you are willing to judge or steward.

Entry Window

Entries will be accepted at our shipping and drop-off locations between the following dates:

  • Open: Monday, January 9, 2017 at 19:00, MST.
  • Close: Tuesday, March 7, 2017 at 18:00, MST.

Judging and Stewarding

If you have not registered and are willing to be a judge or steward, please register.

If you have registered, log in and then choose Edit My Info to indicate that you are willing to judge or steward.


Participants will be able to add their entry data via this website and entries will be accepted at drop-off and shipping locations between Monday, January 9, 2017 at 19:00, MST and Tuesday, March 7, 2017 at 18:00, MST.

All entries must be received by our shipping location or at a drop-off location by Tuesday, March 7, 2017 at 18:00, MST and will not be accepted after that date/time. For details, see the Entry Information page.

Per Entrant Limits

Each entrant is limited to three (3) entries for this competition.

Each entrant is limited to one (1) entry per sub-style .
